Massage rates apply for general relaxation, deep tissue, NMT and trigger point therapy. Most of my massage sessions are a blend of these modalites.

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration is a series typically consisting of 12 sessions, each preparing the body for the next session. One to two weeks betweeen sessions is suggested to allow integration of the work. For more information, see the home page.

For those interested in the work, but unable to commit to a full series, an abbreviated 3-session series is an option. This is also a great option for those who have received a full series in the past, but are ready for a "tune-up".

ATSI work is charged per session, not by the hour; a session typically lasts 75 to 90 minutes but may be shorter or longer. Please allow 120 Minutes for each session; this is the time reserved for the session to allow for a thorough assessment and treatment
